How Our Network Works

Request an estimate and start asking

Who You Will Talk To

Novtrq Floor Coating does not send anyone to your home. After you submit a request, you hear from an independent provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. They give the estimate, schedule the work and stand behind it.

What the Provider May Ask You

Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider price your floor fairly.

  • How big is the garage or slab?
  • Is there an old coating, paint or stain?
  • Do you see cracks, chips or flaking?
  • Does the floor stay damp in the rainy months?
  • Do you want a certain look, such as custom floor finishes?

Photos can help. So can a rough sketch of the space.

Questions to Put to a Provider

Good providers like good questions. Here are ones worth asking:

  • What prep will you do, and how will you check moisture?
  • What coating will you use, and how many layers?
  • Is the estimate in writing, and what does it include?
  • How long before I can walk or park on the floor?
  • What does the warranty cover, and who honors it?
  • How do you handle cracks and joints?

A solid answer is specific. It names steps and materials. Be careful if you hear vague talk, pressure to sign right away, or a price that comes with no written detail.

The Decision Is Yours

Prep drives price. Compare written quotes side by side. If one quote is far lower, ask what it leaves out. You can say no to any provider, at any time, with no obligation.
