How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Homeowners who contact Novtrq Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to speak up and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- How a call or message with Novtrq Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was handled or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The conduct of a provider we referred you to
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Novtrq Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@novtrq.quest and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
What Happens Next
We confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into the matter. That may include talking with the provider. Afterward, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
